Orders ship quickly after processing. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your device is on its way.( Normally 2-3 days).
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Every device includes a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Batteries are covered for 1 year.
Unused, unopened devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a device is defective, our Early Defect Guarantee covers it for the first 30 days of use with a free replacement or full refund, even if it has been opened.
